This is a voyage of a single Indian individual fought in a singular way to conquer an uneven war to stop Pollution to Earth and Environment caused by laminated flexible packaging waste disposal in the form and frame of Land-fill, Ocean-fill or Incineration, a massive imperative quandary to the concern waste management bodies across the World.
Plastics are gifts to civilization for which Chemistry can really boast off ! Lamination's are gifts to packaging for which Novel Technology can really boast off ! But when to impose brilliance to packaging, lamination are introduced, the EVENTUATED REFUSE , discharge a serious quandary, over disposal management. Being non- recyclable to any conventional form of recycle, just due to lamination, those massive refuse resultantly challenged the content of the Earth and Environment eventuating imperative POLLUTION as Land-fill, Ocean-fill or Incineration!
When laminated packaging became the ‘victim’ of its’ own ‘brilliance’ and nobody was bothering, as response to the call of my conscience, ignoring any second thought and consecutive consequences, I jumped finally into an uneven struggle by 1995, taking the bull by horn alone, to quest out something of no-existence, to save the Earth, Environment and the involved unfortunate plastics and materials, those are used in lamination.
At the Capacity of an Indian individual for last 19years alone I am working and innovating series of technologies to maintain the harmony and beauty of our Earth and Environment by providing permanent relief from imperative Environmental embarrassments caused by those laminated flexible packaging refuse and over-more contra-distinctively earn money en-route. These are not only Inventions of Processes but are inventions of novel businesses too! With these technologies along with right Partners I want to save all the materials involved in lamination and save the Earth and Environment as well while EARN deserved PROFIT En-Route!

the ingredients of the lamination amounting a equal massive revenue direct to
the users and indirectly to the using Nations! I have developed technologies to De-Laminate the non-recyclable laminated waste to put those ingredients to respective recycle or even
reuse!
02. Intellectual Property Rights for concern technologies are conferred to me! For my TertraPak De-Lamination technology Just now (Jan 2015) I got the Grant Number and issuance date (3rd Feb 2015) from USPTO. I have granted Patents in India(2), USA, Canada, Israel, UK, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Spain and Portugal. I have Patents pending in India(2), Europe and Australia. For my BarcodeTTR recycle technology I have got positive opinion from PCT also Just now (1st Dec 2014). Concern my works, “Recycle of non-recyclable Laminated Packaging Waste”, INDIASTAR 2014, The National Awards for Excellence in Packaging is been conferred to me.
03. My contribution to laminated flexible packaging is that I made those waste recyclable and environment friendly for which the concern Manufacturers, users and overall industry will have a chest-full CSR and a grand package of green Carbon foot print, subject to care if they have!
04. Besides these such TECHNOLOGIES no other technology exists anywhere that can process pre-use industrial laminated waste in-house neither in fragments forms nor in roll forms to offer recovery and subsequent value additional revenue gains direct to related laminated packaging manufacturing industries, the converters, and the users!
05. I have addressed the serious imperative quandary of laminated packaging industrial refuse for now and forever. I hope my entry will open an another window to you everybody where my achievements are equally important for developments of flexible packaging industries attending recycle of the generated pre-use and post use waste, in particular where “LAMINATION” is a serious concern.
06.There are certain attempts to confront post-use waste but there is nothing like me to treat pre-use waste that would give the additional boost in revenue to the manufacturers of laminated packaging while curbing the concern pollution at source! The technologies I have developed would reuse and recycle materials that are non-recyclable in all conventional way! These will benefit India, Asia as well as all concern bodies across the World!!
