Project Cargo Management
We at Auxin combines heavy lift experience with the benefit of dedicated heavy-lift project managers who own the project from start to finish and who bring a single point of contact to the project management concept. We have used our own ideas, studies in bifurcating the break bulk and project cargo industry into various verticals as per industry. Every industry is unique for eg. steel, power, offshore etc. and cargoes need to be handled as per the type of cargo originating or destined to the industry sector catering. We ensure Utilizing the latest technologies for material management, inventory tracking, and in-transit security and visibility, our project group can tailor customized solutions to even the most demanding project requirements. From concept through commissioning, Auxin has a proven history of successful project management, implementation and completion.
Vessel Chartering and Operating
The team of Auxin has immense knowledge in chartering of ships as per cargo type to be moved. Auxin has proven track record of Voyage charters as well as Time charters. In Time charter we at Auxin have done complete vessel management from taking delivery from head owners to re-delivery back to head owners safely. We are insured at all legs of a vessel charter as per our European insurance club. Our contracts are signed only after a thorough background check is done of client by our team.
Ocean Towing Operations including barge operations
This is an extension of our end to end solution of project, break bulk cargoes. We have tie ups with various Tug owners and Flat Top Barge owners in india. At present we have restricted barge, towing operation to coast of India (wci upto chennai) only.
Steel Cargo Management
We at Auxin have executed various steel pipe, steel billets, steel bars, steel structure shipments in the past. We consolidate the parcels for a better freight and cost benefit is passed on to the end customer to cater to the steel market demands. Ocean Freight is one of the important factor for export and import cargo in steel industry to either make or break the deal. We are proud of being a helping hand to the steel industry overall. We evaluate the costings basis the size of cargo, dimension and stacking. Innovative loading, stowage of cargo also helps in reducing the overall costing. Our operation team is well equipped to check the cargo is handled, lashed as per the standard practice and requirement of client.
Semi submersible ship chartering and operation
Our contacts with all the semi sub ship owners helps us in tracking the ideal vessels for a semi submersible operation. Any cargo which is heavy or super heavy (which needs a semi submersible operation) and which needs a fast transportation over sea then semi submersible vessels are ideal for movement. In handling this kind of cargo again a detailed study has to be done of the cargo, ship and port. Port permissions needs to be taken well in advance and a high end coordination with engineering, shipper, vessel master is important for a smooth execution. We have the expertise, visualization of critical operation to handle and take care of cargo from one end to other.
Indian Coastal Heavy Lift Cargo Management
India has a vast coastline from Gujarat to the very end on the East coast of India. We at Auxin have been instrumental in pushing the heavy cargo movement by Indian coast on ships and by towing operation.
